Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using any Sylvr tool, you agree to these terms. If you are using Sylvr on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. Permitted use

Sylvr is licensed, not sold. Your subscription grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the platform for your own internal business intelligence purposes. You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, or white-label Sylvr intelligence without a written partner agreement
• Use automated means to extract bulk data from the platform
• Use the platform to build a competing product

3. Intelligence accuracy

Sylvr publishes intelligence based on public sources reviewed by our analyst team. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but provide no warranty that information is complete, current, or suitable for any particular investment or business decision. You rely on Sylvr intelligence at your own discretion.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid subscriptions are billed via Razorpay. All prices include 18% GST. You may cancel at any time from Settings; access continues until the current billing period ends. No refunds are issued for partial periods.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sylvr is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or speculative loss arising from use of the platform. Our total liability in any 12-month period is capped at the subscription fees you paid in that period.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, India.
