Privacy Notice

1. Who we are

Sylvr (operated by 50EEN Technologies Pvt. Ltd., India) is a consumer-brand intelligence platform. References to “Sylvr”, “we”, “us”, or “our” mean this entity. Contact: privacy@sylvr.io.

2. Data we collect

• Account data: email address, name (optional), company name (optional)
• Usage data: pages visited, tools used, features clicked — stored in aggregate
• Tool outputs: unit economics plans, diagnostic scores, quiz results you choose to save
• Communication preferences: email and WhatsApp opt-in status, separately recorded per DPDPA §6
• Payment data: processed exclusively by Razorpay; Sylvr stores only your subscription status and tier

3. How we use your data

• Deliver the platform features you signed up for
• Send the weekly digest (email or WhatsApp, only if you opted in)
• Improve the platform based on aggregate usage patterns
• Comply with applicable Indian law

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data to train AI models without explicit consent.

4. Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. After account deletion, personal data is purged within 30 days. Anonymised aggregate data may be retained indefinitely for product analytics.

5. Your rights (DPDPA 2023)

• Right to access the personal data we hold about you
• Right to correct inaccurate data
• Right to erasure of your account and associated personal data
• Right to withdraw consent for communications at any time (Settings → Notifications)

To exercise any of these rights, write to privacy@sylvr.io. We respond within 72 hours.

6. Cookies and tracking

We use only essential session cookies (Supabase Auth) and first-party analytics. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking pixels.

7. Changes to this notice

Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users at least 7 days before they take effect. The effective date at the top of this page is updated with each revision.
